Refund Policy

We want you to love your Digittify template. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, our refund policy is straightforward — and generous when something’s genuinely wrong.

All sales are final — with these exceptions

• If your template link doesn’t arrive within 30 minutes of payment.
• If the file or Canva template is genuinely broken or inaccessible.
• If we made an honest error (wrong template sent, dead links).

How to request help

Email hello@digittify.shop within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of what went wrong. We’ll fix the file, resend the link, or — if we can’t make it right — refund you in full within 5 business days.

What isn’t refundable

• Change of mind after download or after the Canva template was opened.
• Inability to edit the template due to a lack of a Canva account or unsupported browser.
• Customer-side issues (slow Wi-Fi, incorrect email, blocked spam folder — though we’ll happily resend).

A note on instant downloads

By purchasing, you waive the standard distance-selling cooling-off period because the product is delivered immediately as digital content. This is consistent with US, UK, and EU consumer law for digital goods.
